Yes, we understand the importance of compatible roommates. If you're booking with friends, we'll do our best to accommodate your request to stay together. If you're booking individually, we try to match roommates based on similar study programs, interests, and living habits.
Each resident is provided with a bed (mattress included), study desk, chair, and personal locker. You are required to bring your own bed sheets. Common areas have additional furniture like dining tables, sofas, and chairs. All our furniture is well-maintained and regularly checked for quality and comfort.
Yes, all utilities are included in your monthly payment. This includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and access to all hostel amenities. There are no hidden charges or additional costs for these services. Our all-inclusive pricing makes it easier for you to budget your monthly expenses.
Room transfers are possible depending on availability. If you wish to change your room, please speak with our manager, Kevel, who will assist you based on current occupancy. A small administrative fee may apply for room transfers. We try our best to accommodate room change requests, but availability depends on the current occupancy status.
Our minimum stay period is three months. This helps us maintain a stable community and provide the best service to our residents. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so please discuss any special situations with our management. For students, we recommend booking for at least one semester to secure your accommodation throughout your academic term.
We provide daily cleaning of common areas and weekly cleaning of rooms. However, residents are expected to maintain basic cleanliness and tidiness in their personal spaces. Our cleaning staff will sweep, mop, and dust your room once a week. For hygiene reasons, bathrooms and toilets are cleaned daily. We take cleanliness very seriously to ensure a healthy living environment for all our residents.
